Mr. Godfrey was very responsive to phone calls, emails, and requests for information. I've dealt with a dozen or so real estate agents in my lifetime. Most I've dealt with only like to deliver good news (i.e. when a home finally sells or an inspection goes as planned)... Working in Sales &  Marketing myself, I understand the reluctance of delivering bad news to clients. But it has to be done. The key is to be direct and honest - two key traits many real estate agents are missing. I've not had many good experiences with other agents. Maybe I've just had bad luck? He sold my home quicker than average, higher than expected, and all the while provided excellent customer service.
